I’m Hannah Dorsher, and I help women transform their attachment styles so they can break free from unhealthy relationship patterns, learn to love and nurture themselves, communicate like a pro, and learn to regulate their emotions so they can get off the emotional roller coaster in relationships.

I bring a wealth of experience and personal insight to help you on your journey. I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Counseling, and I've worked as a therapist for over 10 years, running my own private practice. Throughout my career, I've spent more than 10,000 hours working with clients on attachment issues, relationship problems, anxiety, self-esteem, and more.

But beyond my professional background, I've walked this path myself. For years, I struggled with a cycle of bad relationships, toxic dating behaviors, difficulty trusting, rushing into relationships, and feeling like something must be inherently wrong with me because I wasn’t finding happiness in love like everyone around me.

It wasn’t until I was introduced to attachment work by my therapist and mentor that everything began to change.

Through this transformative journey, I became aware of my patterns and understood the reasons behind them. I learned tangible ways to change these patterns, to love and cherish myself, and to slow down in dating to truly assess compatibility.

I discovered the power of letting go of “bad fits” quickly, self-soothing, and not relying on a relationship for my happiness and regulation. I mastered emotional regulation and effective communication of my needs, wants, and boundaries. This work made it possible for me to find, and eventually marry, my dream man. Today, we’re raising two amazing kids, and I’m confident they will have a secure attachment style too.

How do I access the Course after I complete my purchase?

This program is very active and structured. The video lessons, activities and worksheets that are included allow you to take a deep dive into your attachment history, behaviors and patterns. There are also guided visualizations provided that help you connect vividly with your younger self. You will learn tangible skills for regulating your emotions, calming your nervous system, how to practice self-care, how to communicate confidently and effectively, and ways to navigate conflict in relationships without anxiety. You'll also explore your relationship patterns, your relationship belief, and your self-beliefs so that you can transform your patterns and relationship choices. 

I’ve been in therapy for years and still feel anxiously attached. How will this be different?

There are 9 Modules, each with 3-8 lessons. The lessons include a pre-recorded video teaching with slides and activities to accompany many of the modules. The videos are between 3-16 minutes each. The activities will take between 5-20 minutes typically. 

You will get access to one module per week once you enroll, and I suggest keeping with the pace of completing one module per week. Some of the modules build on each other.
